Compensation:
- Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 annually
- Overall possible yearly total compensation from $75,000 to $125,000+

Experience Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required &
- Candidates with experience in Local independently run State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, or Single Carrier/Captive insurance agencies are strongly encouraged to apply.
- 1-2+ years of prior insurance sales experience

Primary Responsibilities:
Sell insurance and financial products, prospect for new business, service existing clients, process policy changes, and help grow the agency through referrals and retention efforts. The ability to maintain strong customer relationships and follow through on opportunities is critical.
