Position: Remodeling Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Remodeling Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of physical tasks in a remodeling environment, supporting skilled trades and contributing to the safe, efficient completion of projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of work areas by removing furniture, fixtures, and debris
- Perform demolition, removal, and disposal of outdated or damaged materials
- Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, hammers, etc.) for carpentry, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Help install or repair flooring, drywall, trim, and other remodeling materials
- Load, unload, and organize building materials and tools according to project plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site, following OSHA and safety regulations
- Assist skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with site prep and material handling when required
- Dispose of construction debris and waste in compliance with local regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in remodeling, construction, or related trades (carpentry, demolition, concrete work, etc.)
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to operate basic construction equipment
- Strong physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to work in varied weather conditions
- Ability to read and interpret scopes of work
- Teamwork, communication, and safety-conscious attitude
Work Environment
- On-site work in residential and commercial remodeling projects.
- May involve lifting, bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Exposure to dust, noise, and construction materials.
