We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications, ensuring precise placement and secure connections.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine project requirements and installation procedures.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively during installation processes.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct inspections of installed systems for quality assurance, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Assist with related construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, caulking, trim carpentry, or roofing when required.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and report progress regularly to supervisors.
Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC installation within the construction industry or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices and construction estimating processes.
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, and general building trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing.
- Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites.
- Experience working with various hand tools and power tools essential for installation tasks.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction site work and HVAC systems is highly desirable. Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
