We're looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our digital marketing agency team. This position involves client relations, project coordination, day-to-day operations, and leadership support. Our company operates at a fast pace and values excellence and ambition without sacrificing the well-being of our team members. You'll take ownership of moving work forward, keeping task systems running smoothly, staying in close contact with both clients and colleagues, and making sure everyone — internal and external — stays on the same page. The right person brings agency experience, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to keep things on track without needing to be managed. Full-time. Fully remote. Very strong English communication skills are essential. Hours: 9am–5pm EST.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Trello workflow system, keeping tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables organized and up to date
- Monitor inboxes and translate incoming emails, requests, and feedback into concrete tasks and follow-through items
- Proactively check in with team members and clients to keep deadlines on track and deliverables moving
- Build out proposals, quotes, and action plans based on discovery calls and ongoing client conversations
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and key milestones across a portfolio of client accounts
- Serve as a direct point of contact for clients on deliverable status, feedback loops, and project progress
- Audit project boards and task systems regularly to maintain team-wide accountability and consistency
- Receive client feedback, convert it into tickets with clear ownership, QA the output, and shepherd work through to completion
- Pitch in on lead generation and outreach support as needed
- Help coordinate company events — including gathering materials, designing collateral, and managing logistics
- Contribute to newsletter production, executive-level support tasks, and broader operational needs
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years working in an agency environment in a project management, operations, or account management capacity
- Confident, professional communicator who can handle client conversations and follow-ups with ease
- Hands-on experience with Trello or a comparable project management platform
- Exceptionally organized, detail-driven, and proactive by nature
- Strong written English skills with a polished, professional communication style
- Skilled at taking loosely defined information and shaping it into clear workflows and next steps
- Capable of managing timelines and holding the team accountable without needing constant direction
- Tech-comfortable and quick to pick up new tools and processes
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
- English fluency required
Bonus Points For:
- Background in agency operations or account management
- Familiarity with WordPress or basic website editing
- Experience or expertise in coding, web development, or marketing
- Experience or skills in writing or design
- Experience reviewing and QA'ing deliverables prior to client delivery
- Working knowledge of Canva
Please note that you will be working with confidential information and as such, we may ask for a background check or do other forms of research and vetting during the hiring process.
We offer profit-sharing opportunities for long-term team members.
