- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage documentation and reporting tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while interacting with customers, ensuring a professional demeanor at all times.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage in communicating effectively with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
