Looking for a shift supervisor/team lead for an express exterior car wash business in Fredericksburg, VA. This person should be highly motivated and outgoing!
This role requires a person with a wide set of skills. We need someone that is somewhat good with their hands, as sometimes this role requires a bit of work on car wash equipment. Someone that is a problem solver and enjoys tinkering and fixing things. The kind of fixing things where you start and don't quit until the problem is solved regardless of time of day etc…as sometimes this role requires some tech support across a few different systems. Some folks are wired that way and we are searching for that person. A person who can interact with customers all day long with a smile and who understands the importance of providing the service that we do and can also understand the “why” of both what we do and what we sell. Someone who can work with other people in a way that both gains the respect of their staff but also creates and nurtures a culture that people just don't want to leave. Someone that has an entrepreneurial spirit and can carry that weight with room to grow. Are you that someone?
