Corporate Controller
Location: Amarillo, TX (On-Site)
Compensation: Roughly $160,000 - $200,000 DOE + 20-25% Bonus and Competitive Benefits
Requirements: CPA and at least 10 + years of Accounting Experience. Experience as an Accounting Manager, Controller or financial leadership.

The Position
We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting for our Amarillo-based team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the accounting function.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
Lead and develop accounting staff, driving process improvements and efficiencies
Coordinate audits and work closely with external auditors and tax advisors
Maintain internal controls and implement best practices across finance operations
Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience managing full-cycle accounting processes
Proven ability to lead teams and improve systems/processes
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
ERP system experience preferred
