Join our growing real estate team as a Transaction Coordinator and help ensure smooth, organized transactions from contract to closing. In this role, you will assist agents by managing paperwork, tracking deadlines, coordinating communication, and ensuring every transaction stays on schedule.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the real estate industry. A real estate license is preferred for transaction support and may be required for property showings as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Track important deadlines and ensure all documents are completed and submitted on time.
- Coordinate communication between agents, clients, lenders, escrow, inspectors, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Review, organize, and maintain contracts, disclosures, and transaction paperwork.
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and other transaction-related appointments.
- Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files.
- Ensure all files and documents meet brokerage and state compliance requirements.
- Provide administrative support to agents and assist with day-to-day transaction operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Administrative or real estate experience is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Real estate license preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
