Long-Term Full-Time Nanny Needed for Sweet First-Time Parents
A warm, welcoming family is seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny to care for their sweet 6-month-old daughter. This is a long-term position for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and is excited to grow alongside a wonderful family.
Start Date: September 8th (flexible for the right candidate)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 50 hours per week. Hours will vary by day between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Compensation: $30-37/hour (depending on experience and negotiable) with guaranteed hours, standard overtime pay and nanny paid time off package.
Both parents primarily work outside of the home, though they occasionally work from home.
Responsibilities
This is a true nanny role focused entirely on the child. Duties include:
- Providing attentive, loving, and engaging care throughout the day.
- Following and maintaining age-appropriate feeding, nap, and daily routines.
- Planning developmentally appropriate activities that encourage cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth.
- Supporting infant and toddler milestones through play, reading, music, sensory activities, tummy time, outdoor walks, and other enriching experiences.
- Preparing bottles and age-appropriate meals/snacks as the child grows.
- Keeping the nursery, play areas, bottles, toys, and child-related items clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Child's laundry and maintaining an organized wardrobe as needed.
- Monitoring developmental progress and communicating daily updates with the parents.
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment while fostering independence and confidence as the child grows.

Requirements
- US Work authorization
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Minimum 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Valid driver's license
