Responsibilities

- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to increase reach and audience interaction.
- Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics reporting to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and inform data-driven decision making.
- Coordinate with sales teams to create compelling advertising sales proposals and support demand generation marketing efforts to attract new clients.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows, email marketing initiatives, and lead nurturing processes.
- Oversee content creation using Adobe Creative Suite for visual assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels while managing multiple projects within deadlines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in B2B marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce opportunities specific to the broadcast radio industry.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and manage budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
- Lead or manage marketing, advertising or public relations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
Skills
- Proven experience in multichannel marketing, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and print advertising.
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, content writing, copywriting, and content marketing best practices.
- Expertise in managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating engaging visual content.
- Familiarity with implementing and managing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Skilled in web analytics reporting using Google Analytics or similar tools for performance measurement.
- Experience in demand generation marketing strategies aimed at increasing lead conversion rates within B2B markets.
- Knowledge of HTML, WordPress website management, and basic web development principles for content updates and landing pages.
- Strong research skills combined with data-driven decision-making capabilities for optimizing campaigns.
