We are looking for two compassionate and dependable CLS/Respite Care workers to share a total of 46 hours per week caring for an amazing 23-year-old young man. Scheduling is flexible, with hours divided between both workers, and some weekend availability is preferred.
This is a rewarding opportunity to mentor and support a friendly, easygoing young man who enjoys staying active and exploring the community. He has no behavioral concerns and requires no physical assistance. He loves:
- Working out and swimming Sports and outdoor activities Nature and art Music and gaming Putt-putt golf and attending local events Coffee shops and movies
As a CLS/Respite worker, you will help him continue building independence and confidence by providing support with:
- Math, reading, writing, spelling, and money skills Community outings and social activities Grocery shopping and meal preparation Household skills such as cooking, cleaning, and organization Developing everyday life skills in a fun and encouraging environment
This position is funded through Medicaid and administered by the PAS office, which handles the background check, all employment paperwork, onboarding, as well as bi-weekly pay.
