Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate welding and fabrication activities on construction sites and some shop work
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine proper fabrication methods.
- Perform MIG and stick welding.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards, ASME codes & standards, and company safety protocols.
- Supervise junior team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in fabrication techniques and safety practices.
Experience
- Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and project workflows.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues quickly and efficiently. Join us if you’re ready to lead with energy!
