Position: Full-Time Sales Associate
OndadeMar is a luxury swimwear and resort wear brand known for timeless designs, exceptional quality, and personalized customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-driven Sales Associate who is passionate about styling clients and delivering an elevated shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage every customer with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide personalized styling recommendations for swimwear, resort wear, and accessories.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Process sales accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and merchandising new inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures.
- Stay knowledgeable about product features, fits, fabrics, and current collections.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Passion for fashion, swimwear, and styling.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven with confidence in building customer relationships.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
