Job Summary
Join our vibrant in-Home childcare team as a Teacher and Caregiver, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of all ages. Duties
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement.
- Assist with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, and hygiene to promote comfort and well-being.
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities that support early childhood education and social skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs.
- Support room management by encouraging positive behavior and guiding children through behavioral challenges.
- Follow all health and safety policies, including first aid procedures and emergency protocols when necessary.
Skills
- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or babysitting settings.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Ability to provide infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities with patience and enthusiasm.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure preparedness for emergencies. (We will get you certified if you aren't already)
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
