Perception Cannabis is seeking a professional, dependable, and experienced Dispensary Agent to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about cannabis, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and take pride in creating a positive experience for every customer.
This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, and is available to work closing shifts throughout the week and every weekend as needed.
Schedule
- Part-Time Closing Shift: 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Evening and weekend availability is required
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dispensary/budtending experience is REQUIRED.
- 2–3 years of customer service or retail experience is REQUIRED.
- Must possess a valid Illinois Dispensary Agent Card or be eligible to obtain one before employment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, consumption methods, and customer education.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting every customer professionally and assisting them with product selection.
- Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, concentrates, edibles, vapes, and responsible consumption.
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance with all Illinois cannabis laws and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and daily operational tasks.
- Support management by maintaining a professional, compliant, and customer-focused environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
