REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Physical abilities sufficient to frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and/or lifting.

Ability to relate and communicate with students, teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Flexibility to support diverse classroom needs and instructional settings.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
One or more years of experience working with students in a school setting.

Interpersonal skills sufficient for prolonged and effective contact with students.

Familiarity with online (MVU) class routines and management strategies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Support online students with online course pacing and platform
-
Communicate with students, families, and administration
-
Serve as a liaison between students and the online teacher

Other duties as assigned by administrator
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 10 month
SALARY/BENEFITS:

According to the Haslett Aide/Paraprofessional Association (HAPA) Master Agreement, Pay Level 1

This is a part-time position scheduled at approximately 5 hours per week. Pay and any contractual leave are based on the employee's regularly scheduled hours under the Master Agreement.
