Responsibilities:
Guest Experience
- Attention to detail begins with the service, we strive to over deliver, every time

Bartending & Service
- Accuracy, timeliness and frequency matter, offer a great experience
- Professionalism is key, prepare and serve drinks according to company recipes
- Share a warm, welcoming personality with guests
Bar Set Up & Maintenance & Take Down
- Teams matter, work together to set up dining areas, prep the Bar area
- Maintain a clean, organized, well stocked bar
- Cleanliness is core to success, ensure all glassware, utensils and bar equipment are clean, all the time
- Complete the event, ensure everything is taken down prior to leaving the team
Payments & POS
- Process guest payments and handle transactions in an accurate, timely manner
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
- Ensure proper verification of identification is managed with each and every guest
- Practice responsible Beverage Service guidelines
- Address guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed
Teamwork
- Work closely with all other bartenders, kitchen staff, and event team members to ensure events are executed as planned
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to thrive in a high intensity, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) system
- 1-2 years of prior serving or bartending experience preferred
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 10-12 hours)
- Frequently lift up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, and carry items as needed
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Ability to hear and communicate clearly in a moderate to loud setting
