Compensation: $105,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus Opportunities
Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to join a growing company with a strong pipeline of commercial, multifamily, and residential projects? We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven professional to oversee electrical projects from pre-construction through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and material procurement.
- Track project costs and maintain profitability goals.
- Review contracts, plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
- Conduct job site visits and ensure project quality and safety standards.
- Support field supervisors and crews to ensure successful project execution.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular status updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial and multifamily electrical construction.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
- Experience managing budgets, change orders, and project schedules.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- California electrical construction experience preferred.
