Lawn Spraying Technician

As a Lawn Spraying Technician, you'll be out in the field making a visible difference — turning struggling lawns into healthy, green outdoor spaces that homeowners love. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes craftsmanship seriously, enjoys working independently, and wants to build real expertise in lawn and pest care.
What You'll Do
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments using professional sprayers and equipment, following precise application procedures every time.
- Assess turf health and pest conditions at each property and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Keep clean, accurate service records for every visit — products used, areas treated, and dates applied.
- Drive a company vehicle to client sites and represent Barefoot Grass professionally on every stop.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to stay safe and efficient in the field.
- Communicate clearly with clients about what was done, what to expect, and how to care for their lawn between visits.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscaping — or a strong desire to learn the trade.
- Comfortable operating spray equipment, power tools, and utility vehicles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record; commercial vehicle experience is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to follow treatment protocols precisely.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in Florida's heat and weather conditions.
- A natural communicator who enjoys talking with clients and taking ownership of their results.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
