Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction, maintenance, and other labor-intensive projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
This position will very in hours with many weeks breaking 60+ hours. We pay from our yard to the job and back daily with paid lunch as well. Overtime starts at 40 hours and pay is every Thursday. This is a 7 day a week position with requested time off.
