Chimney & Air Duct Service Technician
Overview
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and sales-driven Chimney & Air Duct Service Technician to join our growing team in the Atlanta area.
This is a field position. You will travel to customers’ homes, perform inspections, cleaning and service work, identify problems, explain recommended solutions to customers, and provide estimates for additional services or repairs.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with customers and is motivated to earn based on performance. Experience in chimney, HVAC, air duct cleaning, roofing, construction, home improvement, or in-home sales is a plus.
Training may be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Travel to residential customers throughout the Atlanta area
- Perform chimney inspections and chimney sweeping
- Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning
- Inspect chimney, fireplace, venting, and HVAC-related systems
- Take photos and document conditions found during inspections
- Identify needed repairs, cleaning, maintenance, and upgrades
- Clearly explain findings and recommended services to customers
- Provide estimates and sell appropriate services and repairs
- Perform approved repairs and installations
- Install or replace chimney caps, chase covers, storm collars, vent components, and related materials
- Perform basic sealing, waterproofing, masonry, and repair work when needed
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
- Communicate with the office regarding jobs, customers, payments, and scheduling
- Provide professional and respectful customer service
- Follow company procedures and safety requirements

Sales Experience Is a Major Plus
This is not only a labor position.
Our technicians are expected to inspect systems, recognize problems, educate customers, recommend appropriate solutions, and help close additional work.
Candidates with experience in in-home sales, HVAC sales, roofing sales, restoration, pest control, chimney services, air duct cleaning, or other home-service sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
