We're looking for caring, dependable Infant/Toddler Teachers who are passionate about nurturing young children while creating a safe, engaging, and loving classroom environment.

What You'll Do
As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you'll help children feel safe, loved, and encouraged as they reach important developmental milestones.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing nurturing, responsive care for infants and/or toddlers (6 weeks–3 years)
- Supporting children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through play-based learning
- Following individualized feeding, diapering, toileting, rest, and daily care routines
- Creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Building strong partnerships with families through daily communication
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Working collaboratively with your teaching team
- Following all Tennessee licensing, health, and safety requirements
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine love for working with young children
- Is dependable, patient, and positive
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Communicates professionally with families and coworkers
- Can actively lift, carry, and care for young children throughout the day
- Has a high school diploma or GED
- Can pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a licensed child care or preschool setting
- CDA, TECTA, or Early Childhood coursework
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within probationary period)
- A passion for learning and growing as an educator
