## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. ## Duties - Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Upsell additional products when appropriate ## Skills - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of fine dining or catering environments - Familiarity with brewing techniques and various alcoholic beverages - Experience in the food industry is a plus - Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions accurately - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, such as a nightclub setting - Comfortable using a cash register to process payments - Sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue
