Pay: $75,000 – $90,000+ per year (includes monthly performance achievement incentive pay)
Are you looking for a professional home with a healthy culture where you can develop your management skills and grow your income?
Summary
Planet CJDR is expanding — we're opening a second collision center location, and we're looking for a Collision Center Manager to help lead the growth. In this role, you'll partner directly with our Collision Director, who oversees both locations, while taking full ownership of your department's day-to-day operations and results. With a steady pipeline of warranty and insurance work already in place, your focus will be on what drives our success: strong administration, consistent production, and operational efficiency. You'll build and develop your own team, coach team members to perform at their best, oversee the quality and completion of all repairs, hit monthly and annual financial targets, and maintain outstanding relationships with our customers and insurance partners.
Why Planet?
Planet is a great place to work — and you don't have to take our word for it. Selected from over 20,000 dealerships nationwide, Planet has twice been named to the Automotive News "Top 100 Best Dealerships to Work For." The Boston Globe has also selected Planet nine times for its "Top Places to Work" list, chosen from thousands of companies across all industries. The video below shows how different Planet is from the typical dealership.

- Women, including several managers, excel in all departments
- Veterans and active-duty military service members serve country and customers
