Responsibilities
- Assist dental providers during procedures by preparing instruments, taking X-rays, and maintaining sterilization standards and chairside procedures.
- Make sure all rooms are stocked daily

- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems in eaglsoft with precise documentation review and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and managing medical records securely.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage, process claims, and resolve billing issues efficiently.
- Support clinic operations by managing filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and clerical tasks using Microsoft Office tools.
- Assist in clinical procedures by preparing care plans, reviewing documentation, and supporting medical coding .
- Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and schedule appointments using dental practice management software.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, schedule appointments, and provide excellent patient service at the front desk.
Experience
- Prior clinic experience in a dental or medical office setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of eaglesoft or other dental software is essential for efficient documentation management.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with electronic health records management is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous to serve diverse patient populations effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle medical administrative support tasks while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies.
- Experience working with health insurance providers and understanding health information management practices enhances your fit for this role.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
