Responsibilities
- Assign appropriate medical codes to diagnoses and procedures.
- Review patient medical records and follow-up on claims
- Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with billing department to ensure accurate and timely claims submission
