This position earns a starting range of $23-25 per hour, with a flexible schedule Monday through Friday.If you are interested in community-driven work within the Escondido to Vista surrounding areas, then become part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Resource Counselor, you will work with participants in our Independent Living program and provide individualized, person-centered support to each person.This support could look like assisting with maintaining housing, accessing resources for children at school and in the community, or navigating housing assistance programs.
This role is hands-on, one-on-one focused, and essential to improving the quality of life for those we serve.Since we support individuals within their own home or their community, there's expected travel within the Escondido to Vista area.
