The Role
You’re the face of the studio, the energy at the front desk, and a key driver of growth.
You’ll:
- Drive membership sales through calls, texts, studio tours, and events
- Create a welcoming, high-energy environment that members feel the moment they walk in
- Build real relationships—turning first-time visitors into long-term members
- Follow up consistently and confidently grow our community
- Support daily operations to keep the studio running smoothly
- Collaborate with coaches and your team to deliver a best-in-class experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of sales experience (you’re comfortable closing)
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- A positive, team-first mindset and a drive to succeed in your role
- Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and brings great energy
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and providing an outstanding member experience
- Must live locally-Westlake Village/surrounding area
