Medical assistant in fast paced office. Past medical experience is preferred. Must have attention to detail, be willing to learn and work well in a team setting. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The right person will fit well in our team and will work in a fun setting.
We are seeking a professional, full-time, Medical Assistant
The hours are Monday – Friday and will vary from 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Requirements:
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must have reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Computer proficiency highly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Good work ethic
Responsibilities:
Adhere to HIPPA laws and OSHA standards
Maintain accurate medical record of patient care, conditions, progress and areas of concern
Rooming patients
Prepare patients for exams/procedures
Taking vitals and detailed medical history
Setting up for procedures
Keep rooms and equipment clean between procedures/patients
Obtain lab test and other reports for physician review
Perform other tasks as needed to assist physician
Restocking rooms
Sterilizing instruments
Knowledge of sterile procedures
Clean and stock rooms
Cross training on reception

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
