Position: Manufacturing Machine Operator
What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring our production lines operate efficiently and safely while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate and monitor thermoforming and paper cup production machinery
- Work with conveyors and automated production equipment
- Operate trimming and cutting machines to finish plastic products
- Assist with production flow and material handling
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed
- Monitor machine performance and product quality
- Complete production documentation and reports accurately
- Identify and communicate equipment or quality concerns
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous machine operator experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
- English fluency required
- Korean/ Spanish language skills are a plus
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds as needed
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including hair nets, safety glasses, and other safety equipment
Work Environment
- Manufacturing and production facility
- Exposure to production machinery and moving equipment
- Moderate to high noise levels
- Safety-focused workplace
- Required use of PPE, including safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, and safety glasses
Schedule
Training Period (1st Shift):
Monday – Friday
5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Regular Schedule (2nd Shift):
Monday – Friday
3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $19.00+ per hour
- Full-Time Position
- Temp-to-Hire
