Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Ten years Industrial Multi-craft Floor Maintenance experience
- Multicraft Electrical / Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with various types of machine and facility repairs
- Ability to provide process training for maintenance team members and production team leaders when needed
- Candidate must have demonstrated strong leadership skills in work history
Responsibilities:
Make daily assignments and distribute to maintenance members, manage production floor machine breakdown job assignments
Assist with data tracking of daily downtime and shift communication
Daily communication with General Manager, Manager and Engineering when necessary
Identify machine breakdown trends and implement countermeasure plans to prevent reoccurrences where possible
Assist with preventative maintenance planning
Help organize effective measures to obtain critical spare part inventory and help simplify tool crib parts identification
Handle daily personnel issues and disciplinary actions
Conduct all daily operations in a consistent and fair manner
Emphasize the importance of teamwork, 5S, and promote a safe teamwork environment
Work with contractors when required and follow up on their job completion
