Daily Expectations:
· Travel to centers and provide technical support.
· Travel to centers to complete monthly inventory audits.
· Work with computer technicians to support issues at centers.
· Follow process and procedures established by the Technology Department.
· Participate in new installations or other work as directed by the IT Manager.
· Respond to requests in person, electronically, on the phone with a positive and helpful attitude.
· Create tickets as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Professional development for new staff in the area of technology.
· Resolve help desk tickets.
· Provide centers with technology support.
· Maintain inventory records.
· Assist IT Manager with projects in the centers.
· Provide excellent customer service.

Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour, 40 hours per week
Length of Contract: 12 months
Location: Off-Campus Technology Center – Holt, Michigan.
Start Date: August 10th, 2026 or as soon as possible
