Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation procedures for all equipment, workspaces, and dining areas
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all products meet health standards
- Restock supplies regularly to keep the station organized and fully equipped for service
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment by adhering to food safety practices and sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or café environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards to uphold hygiene excellence
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently during busy periods
- Familiarity with food safety management practices to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
