Lead and support the clinical assisting team to ensure efficient daily operations

Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams

Oversee clinical workflows, room turnover, and instrument readiness

Train, mentor, and support new and existing clinical team members

Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and OSHA standards

Communicate effectively with leadership to support patient care goals

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Active dental assistant certification per state requirements

Previous pediatric dental assisting experience preferred

Proven leadership or lead assistant experience

Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, instruments, and safety protocols

Excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills
