The Role
The Business Analysis Manager will lead a team of three and drive two critical mandates: enterprise-wide process improvement and executive-level analytical decision support.
This is a high-impact builder role designed for a leader who thrives in scaling environments. As the organization grows, this individual will identify operational inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and deliver data-driven insights that influence executive decision-making. The role operates cross-functionally across all departments and carries strong executive sponsorship. This position is full time and in the office during regular business hours.
Job Functions
Process Improvement

Evaluate and redesign workflows across Operations, Physician Services, Customer Support, Sales, and other departments

Lead root cause analysis and implement scalable, measurable process improvements

Establish performance metrics and monitor results post-implementation

Maintain and prioritize an enterprise-wide improvement roadmap
Analytics & Decision Support

Oversee KPI dashboards and enterprise performance reporting

Support pricing strategy and competitive analysis

Deliver ad hoc executive analysis and forward-looking scenario modeling

Partner with IT to ensure data integrity across key systems (including Salesforce and scheduling platforms)
Team Leadership

Lead and develop a team of analysts

Manage intake, prioritization, and quality standards for analytical and process improvement work

Build long-term team capability and cross-functional influence

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results

Experience managing or mentoring analytical staff

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement

Familiarity with Salesforce and workforce scheduling platforms

Exposure to pricing strategy or revenue analytics

Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process methodology training
