Summary of Candidate:
Immediate need is someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The applicant will be typing response letters and other administrative work needed by the team. The candidate would be handling correspondence via fax and email. This includes routing and filing it appropriately. Is it possible that the applicant will need to answer incoming calls providing pharmacy related claims resolutions and provide pharmacy benefits information to members, providers, group administrators, and internal customer service.
Ideal candidate:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Experience- 2 years Pharmacy tech experience(not required)
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a pharmacy or health care environment
Education-2 years of college (at least 48 credit hours)
Skills-Adaptable, clear communication skills, responsible, and dependable
