Job Title: Laundry Attendant / Laundry & Fold Associate
Location: Edinburg, TX
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to assist with the daily operations of our Laundry & Fold laundromat. This position involves helping customers, processing wash-and-fold orders, and keeping the facility clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with laundry drop-off and pick-up orders
- Sort laundry by color, fabric type, and washing instructions
- Wash, dry, and neatly fold customer laundry
- Label and organize completed laundry orders for pickup
- Handle customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Keep washers, dryers, folding tables, and work areas clean
- Monitor machines during wash and dry cycles
- Restock laundry supplies such as detergent, bags, and cleaning materials
- Report machine issues or maintenance needs
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Attention to Detail
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple laundry orders
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift laundry bags when needed
- Previous laundromat or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift laundry bags up to 40–50 lbs
- Ability to work in a warm environment around washers and dryers
