Job Summary
Our Risk Management Associate (RMA) is responsible for identifying any & all compliance shortcomings within a client’s scope of service(s), inherently requiring additional services (upsells) to be rendered by Anthem Tax Services (ATS). Upon identifying these additional service opportunities, the RMA is to contact these clients and coordinate appointments to speak with our Risk Management Analyst and/or Senior Tax Analyst, to further explain and enroll existing clients in their needed additional services.
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Search for existing clients with missing compliance requirements
- Identify clients who require additional services
- Consistently reach daily 120 outbound call quota to address aforementioned matters with clients.
- Coordinate appointments with client(s) and Risk Management Analysts and/or Senior Tax Analysts
- Collaborate with Servicing Teams to ensure client has proper requirements/deliverables for upsells
- Facilitate any/all onboarding operations needed to enroll client in additional services
Desired skills & experience:
- 3+ years of phone or customer service experience
- Exceptional phone communication skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, & CRM databases
- Self-disciplined work ethic. Driven.
