We believe in taking a thorough inventory of a patient's needs and formulating a patient-focused care plan that encompasses integrative approaches. We offer preventive services, disease management, hormonal, and some mental health services to ages newborn and up; utilizing lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, alternative medicine therapies and modern medicine as appropriate. We are seeking a practitioner with knowledge/experience in functional/integrative medicine which will be evident in interview.
32 patient contact hours weekly (4, 8 hr days) weekends/holidays off (or 3 days per week is an available option)
