HVAC Service Technician | Residential | Cypress, TX Air Innovations LLC | Full-Time | $700 to $1,000/week base + uncapped commission
Air Innovations LLC is a residential HVAC contractor based in Cypress, TX, specializing in the custom design, installation, and service of comfort systems for new and existing homes. We service all of Greater Houston and beyond, from Bryan to League City, and Sealy to Baytown.
We're looking for an experienced service technician to join our team. Someone who takes pride in the work, communicates well with customers, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that will invest in them.

The role At Air Innovations, our service techs are more than repair techs. They're Comfort Specialists. You'll spend your days diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems across the Greater Houston area, but the job goes beyond fixing what's broken. You're the expert in the home, and customers rely on you to identify opportunities to improve their overall comfort, whether that's indoor air quality, humidity control, airflow issues, equipment upgrades, or system enhancements that better fit how they live.
You'll communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and solutions, document your work in our software, and run a stocked truck. Install work is minimal. You'll also participate in a structured on-call rotation that's shared fairly across the team.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to identify and recommend comfort improvements beyond the immediate repair
- Comfortable using a tablet for invoicing, photos, and documentation
- Professional appearance and strong customer communication
- Able to handle Texas summer heat and a steady workload
- Clean driving record and availability for on-call rotation
- Comfortable with drive time across a wide service area
