Service Staff (Front-of-House Associate)

Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
Seat customers and manage the waiting list.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly.
Check on guests during their meal and provide excellent customer service.Process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Answer phone calls and take dine-in, takeout, and online orders.
Pack takeout and delivery orders accurately as needed.
Keep dining tables, counters, and beverage stations clean and stocked.
Refill drinks, condiments, napkins, and utensils.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Work as a team with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow restaurant cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Help resolve customer concerns professionally.
Requirements:
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Good in English communication and spanish (a plus).
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and busy shifts.
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but training can be provided.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
