We are looking for a persistent, detail-oriented AR Specialist to own our insurance collections and ensure no claim is left behind.

What You’ll Do
You are the "closer" for our revenue cycle. You’ll work closely with our leadership to ensure every therapy session is accurately reimbursed:
- Claim Detective Work: Investigate and resolve denied, underpaid, or "stuck" claims. You won’t just track them; you’ll solve them.
- Insurance Advocacy: Navigate online portals and phone lines to rework rejections and ensure claims align with Single Case Agreements (SCAs) and OON authorizations.
- Clean Systems: Maintain a spotless AR aging report and document every step of your follow-up efforts.
- Process Improvement: Identify patterns in denials and help us build better systems to prevent them from happening again.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Prior success in Medical Billing, AR, or Revenue Cycle Management.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SCAs, Out-of-Network authorizations, and insurance appeals.
- Software Savvy: Comfortable managing high volumes of data and communicating via digital platforms.
- Location: Ability to commute to Dresher, PA for occasional in-person collaboration.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
