The Database Coordinator is part of an integral Marketing team that works together to achieve Marketing goals and the revenue goals of other departments by coordinating data and finessing both qualitative and quantitative data to a digestible analysis format for others to monitor their performance for continuous improvement. Executes responsibility of position in a guest service friendly, efficient and profitable manner that promotes superior team member, guest and vendor relations.

Develops and disperses reports that reflect trends, areas of risk, performance, and summarizes activities for management and applicable areas of marketing.

Supports the efforts of the marketing team by assisting with duties and filling areas of need.

Responsible for database information accuracy and integrity.

Facilitates the bulk import of player contact from various systems into the player tracking database.

Assists marketing team to compile pre and postanalysis for all marketing campaigns and specific events.

Manage email inventory and work to improve accuracy for email deployment.

Manage and maintain direct mail database and direct mail campaigns which includes execution to casino database, mailing schedule for reduced costs and on time delivery.

Review and approve various matrices, and file verifications for accuracy, and omit blackout dates.

Facilitates the database reporting requirements to vendors and departments.

Tabulates and analyzes data and communicates to management and applicable marketing team members.

Coordinates survey, and survey reporting for strategic direction.

Maintain prize, and tag inventory in casino database.

Manage office supplies inventory for various paper types, supplies, ink, etc.

Manages winner’s logs and compares prizes issued in marketing activities to ensure compliance.

Obtain bids for the lowest price and highest value, prepare requests, obtain authorized signatures, and invoice management.

Coordinate and communicate expenses on a monthly basis relevant to position based on strategy, billing, and alignment with budget forecasts.

Review and update the marketing calendar as necessary and be knowledgeable of its contents.

Operates and maintains office equipment, including but not limited to: computer, programmable telephone system, programmable fax and multiuse photocopier.

Complies with all applicable laws, policies, procedures, and regulations.

Provides a high standard of professionalism and guest service.

Must maintain confidentiality.

Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

Must be at least 21 years or older.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
-
Must have two (2) years of experience as an assistant or supporting role that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the duties of the position.

Demonstrated organizational, problemsolving, project management, and time management skills.

Must be computer literate with intermediate proficiency in Windows based programs.

Must have correspondence skills, report writing and editing with excellent spelling and grammar abilities.

Ability to understand, speak, communicate and read the English language.

Ability to analyze data from multiple information ports by comparing and contrasting data to draw a conclusion or to identify trends.

Ability to communicate professionally in written, verbal, and nonverbal format while portraying a friendly tone, word choice, and body language.

Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and meet deadlines in the duties related to department goals and objectives.

Ability to operate office equipment and casino and marketing software/database.

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and outside business contacts.

Ability to work quickly and accurately under restrictive deadlines and high volumes of work with little to no direct supervision.

Ability to work closely, productively, and professionally with other individuals in a team environment to fulfill duties/assignments.

Must successfully complete Title 31, Banking Secrecy Act training upon hire and annually.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Must possess a current and valid Tribal Gaming License.

Manual and finger dexterity as required to perform job duties.

Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Ability to occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
