Now Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator– $18/hr
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual to join our team at Gilbert Family Chiropractic! As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment in our chiropractic office.
Summer Hours (22 hours):
- Wednesdays and Thursdays: 10am-6pm
- Fridays: 8:00am-5:00pm
- *Expansion of up to 40 hours in the fall*
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling patient appointments and taking payment
- Assisting with and helping run the wellness department
- Explaining chiropractic services and therapies to patients
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience
- Cleaning the wellness equipment after each patient use and other light cleaning duties
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Passionate about chiropractic care and the wellness lifestyle
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Must know how to operate macOS and iOS (Apple computer/Apple iPhone)
- Quick learner
