What You'll Do
As an Ecommerce Sales Specialist, you'll help drive revenue by managing online inquiries, engaging prospective customers, and building relationships that convert opportunities into sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Respond to online inquiries and customer requests promptly and professionally
- Follow up with leads, abandoned registrations, quotes, and sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, remodelers, distributors, and other industry professionals
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry through order placement
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
- Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and sales growth
- Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and order support

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required
- Experience in inside sales, ecommerce sales, customer success, account management, or business development preferred
- Experience in cabinetry, kitchen & bath, remodeling, building materials, home improvement, or related industries is a plus
- Strong phone skills and professional communication abilities
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales software preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with computers and web-based systems
