Job Title: Sales Associate
Job Pay: $22/hr with commission
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
