We are seeking a passionate, licensed, and results-driven Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable skincare expert who can evaluate clients' skin, recommend tailored treatment plans, and perform a variety of services to enhance skin health and appearance.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality, customized skincare treatments (facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling etc.).
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to determine client needs and goals.
- Perform Laser treatment, Body Contouring
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate retail products for home care.
- Maintain a pristine, sanitary, and relaxing treatment environment according to state board regulations.
- Build a loyal client base by delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Valid, active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state of Texas
- Completion of a state-approved esthetics program.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, product ingredients, and facial treatments.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and sales skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evening
