RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Oversee Front Desk, Kids Klub, Housekeeping, and Facility Operations to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Ensure the club consistently meets company standards for friendliness, cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and presentation.
- Manage team schedules, labor efficiency, and operational resources.
- Order and maintain inventory of club supplies, janitorial products, and operational equipment.
- Conduct routine club inspections and proactively address facility and maintenance needs.
- Partner with department managers to drive club performance, maintain operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve club goals and business objectives.
- Develop team members through coaching, accountability, and ongoing training.
- Resolve member concerns professionally and ensure a positive outcome whenever possible.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.
- Ensure operational policies, procedures, and company standards are consistently followed.
- Support membership retention by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment.
- Take ownership of club operations and step in wherever needed to support the team.
- Participate in management meetings and contribute ideas that drive club growth and success.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and leadership development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Leadership or management experience preferred in fitness, hospitality, retail, or service-related industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Pay Range:
Current wage plus net commissions, which realistically range from $50,000 to $70,000 per year.
