PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER
MATTOON PRECISION MANUFACTURING, INC. is accepting applications for 2nd and 3rd shift Production Team Members operating CNC machining lines.
Starting at $21.00/hour (Over $40,000/year with first year increases).
After becoming full time in 2 months the wage increases to $21.50/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift premium ($22.50/hour). After 6 months potential to make $22.50/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift premium ($23.50/hour). Potential to make $31.91/hour in 3 years (Over $60,000/year).
The preferred candidate will have previous experience with lathes and machining centers in a manufacturing environment. Good basic math skills are required. Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and be willing to work overtime on a periodic basis.
