QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
- Previous experience giving academic support to elementary school students.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to develop and maintain appropriate relationships and rapport with students, parents and colleagues.

Organized and thorough in collection, analysis, record keeping and reporting of individual and school data, both manually and through use of appropriate technology.

Ability to support classroom teacher-based literacy instruction and/or math instruction.

Valid Michigan Elementary Teaching Certificate with an emphasis in reading/language arts and/or math.

Experience with implementing and analyzing diagnostic reading assessments.
